FAQ's
~How much space will I need ?
2mx1m per teepee. Please ensure you do have enough space as refunds will not be given if you cannot fit all the teepees in. It is important for safety that you do not block exits. .
~Do you provide pillows?
We don’t provide pillows for hygiene reasons therefore guests are asked to bring their own. It’s also nice for the children to bring their own and have something familiar to sleep on.
~ Do you provide duvets?
As standard practice no we provide a cosy blanket. Children should bring an extra blanket in winter months.
~Do we need to wash the bedding after use?
No you certainly don’t . We wash everything after each use so you don’t need to lift a finger.
~What if something gets damaged?
If any damage occurs this would need to be paid for and this is something you agree to in the terms and conditions . You will receive an invoice to pay for damages.
~Do you hire out to homes with pets?
Yes we will ,however we do insist that pets are kept out of the room. Although we do wash bedding and tents after use, pet hair can be difficult to remove. Also pet claws can damage equipment!!!!
** smokers should refrain from smoking in the same room as the set ups **
** an additional cleaning charge of £20 will be issued if items come back covered in pet hair.
~How do I pay?
You will receive an invoice via e mail which will allow you to pay via bank transfer. A deposit is payable upon booking. The remainder of your balance will then be due 2 weeks before your party date.
~ What if I have to cancel?
Cancellations before 14 days prior to the party date will forfeit the deposit. After these 14 days all monies will be forfeited. Change of dates can be made up to 14 days before the original booking. Final numbers for the party will also need to be in 2 weeks before the party date. Unfortunately if a party guest drops out after 14 days prior to the party date we will not refund the cost of their space.
~ Do you take requests for themes if you haven’t already got it?
Yes new themes will be considered depending on how popular we think it may be. There will be an additional charge for this service. We cannot however copy trademark names to make themes for example Harry Potter, Fortnite, LOL .
~ What happens if a child soils the bed?
We are very understanding about this. If this happens we just ask you put wet bedding straight in the wash and wipe down the mattress. You do not need to dry washing as we will re wash it anyway . Simply pop it in a carrier bag and lets us know. Our matresses have pvc covers so they are easily wiped down. We don’t provide spares so you would need to provide these.

No as British weather is too unpredictable so we do not advise customers to use our equipment outside as it is more likely to get damaged.
